Wilfredo Huertas is the President of Kingdom Works Youth, bringing a heart for service and a hands-on background in the construction industry to his leadership. Known for his deep involvement in his church, Wilfredo is driven by faith, compassion, and a commitment to empowering the next generation. His passion centers on helping young adults navigate the challenges of the foster care system—guiding them toward healing, stability, and long-term success. Wilfredo’s mission is to break generational cycles by equipping youth with practical skills, emotional support, and a sense of belonging. Through Kingdom Works Youth, he works to create pathways of hope and transformation, inspiring young adults to build strong foundations for their future lives.

Ella Huertas is the Vice President of Kingdom Works Youth, bringing more than 20 years of corporate experience as a CPA with. With a strong foundation in finance and leadership, she uses her professional expertise to help build sustainable pathways for young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. Deeply involved in her church and active in youth sports, fitness and nutrition, Ella is passionate about strengthening and empowering the next generation. She is committed to helping young adults break generational cycles, heal from past trauma, and gain the real-world career and life skills needed to thrive. Through Kingdom Works Youth, Ella plays a vital role in equipping youth with the tools, confidence, and support necessary to build stable and successful futures.

Onae Hudson serves as the Treasurer of Kingdom Works Youth, bringing a strong blend of creativity, strategy, and financial expertise to the organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and is working towards a master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation, equipping him with the skills to support sustainable growth and innovative program development. Known as a creative thought leader with an action-driven mindset, Onae approaches every challenge with vision and purpose. His heart for service is evident through his active involvement in his church and his commitment to strengthening his community. At Kingdom Works Youth, he plays a vital role in stewarding resources and helping empower young adults to build stable, successful futures.

Bill Frothinger serves as a mentor and business advisor for Kingdom Works Youth. He brings over 30 years of experience and volunteer work across several different industries and non-profit organizations. His focus on real estate, energy sectors, and business start-ups has equipped him to pass on his business knowledge to younger generations. In addition, he has held board seats with non-profits including Uptown Association, Minneapolis Real Estate Advisory Board, and Minneapolis Special Service District board. Bill’s passion for youth development is reflected in decades of coaching hockey, soccer, and lacrosse as well as mentoring students at Minnetonka High Schools Vantage program and SW Christian High School’s career day programs.
Fawn Hudson serves as a mentor and counselor for Kingdom Works Youth. She brings over 15 years of experience working with young adults in the areas of mental health, career development, and personal growth, with a focus on supporting college students and young adults ages 18–24 as they navigate important life transitions and build direction for their futures. Fawn holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and two master’s degrees—one in Community Mental Health and another in Sociology—and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Georgia State University in Atlanta. Her mentoring approach centers on helping young adults discover their strengths, recognize their unique potential, and develop confidence as they pursue personal and professional growth.
